You can arrange an appointment by speaking to the receptionist. If you cannot make it to your appointment please ring and cancel or rearrange. A lot of valuable time is wasted by people booking appointments which they do not keep.
If you require a home visit, please ring in your request, if possible, before 10am. If you have been ill during the night and you require an urgent home visit before the morning surgery, you should have allowed sufficient time for the call to be completed before the morning session commenced. In this case please ring in your request at 9am.
In the event of an emergency the doctor may have to leave the surgery immediately. Please show understanding.
Do not be afraid to speak to the Doctor or Practice Nurse regarding problems of domestic violence, child abuse or addiction. We are very aware these problems exist and are often concealed. We will try to help you.
