Repeat Prescription

In the case where you require regular supplies of medication over a prolonged period of time, a repeat prescription list will be kept in your medical records. Items from the list may be repeated up to three to six times without you having to see the doctor. However, the repeat prescription list will be kept under constant review and all patients on regular medications need to be reassessed at intervals. Patients who are complex medication regimens may be requested to attend the practice regularly for monitoring.

You may obtain a repeat prescription in one of the following ways:
  • By leaving a message on our repeat prescription order line (phone 02830868189  and select option 2)
  • Ordering online – please as reception if you would like to be able to do this.
  • Leave your request at reception

You should allow 48 hours for printing of scripts and their delivery to the pharmacy of your choice. Before long weekends and holidays be sure to order supplies of your medications in good time.

In the case of an emergency, an emergency  medicine supply may be obtained from the pharmacy. A fee may apply.
